Returns Policy
Please note that there can be slight variations between the goods depicted on site and batches carried in stock. But if you are still unsatisfied with an item you receive, the normal return of goods policy applies to your order.
Returns: In order to be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch, undamaged and in their original packaging. It is advised that you contact us before sending any items for a return. We are also not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process if the return is due to a change of mind on the part of the customer. Customers will also be responsible for paying the shipping fee to return any items and we advise that you insure items against loss or damage. Payments will be made via PayPal or payment you originally used and made to the customer account used to make the original purchase.
Please note that there are NO returns on any sale items or Special Made-To-Order Commissions.
Exchange: In order to be eligible for an exchange, goods must be returned within 30 days of dispatch, undamaged and in their original packaging. We advise that you contact us before sending any items back so that the correct item can be sent out to you. We are also not responsible for items lost or damaged during the exchange process if the return is due to a change of mind on the part of the customer. Customers will also be responsible for paying the shipping fee to return any items and we advise that you insure items against loss or damage.

Shipping Policy
On receipt of payment, orders are typically dispatched 2-3 working days if items are in stock. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Please note that print-on-demand products can 1-2 weeks to arrive after fulfillment.
If ordering from outside the EU, please note that custom charges may apply.

This is your guarantee that every order that is completed goes through a series of quality control checks before being dispatched.
Payment
We use two of the world’s leading payment services to facilitate transactions and these are Paypal and Stripe. These services guarantee security and confidentiality of your purchases with us.
Payment Cancellation Info
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact with your order number and name. If your order has not been shipped, we can arrange to refund your purchase through the service you have chosen to make the original payment. If your order has been shipped, we can offer a refund as per our returns policy.

Liability
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. You are not entitled to a refund, exchange, replacement or compensation for goods/products that have been damaged by the customers. For example, smudging fingerprints on a white border, tearing fine art paper, etc.
Guaranteed under consumer protection, compensation for damage is due if/when you receive damaged products impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched.

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Orla including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, prints and/or future productions. Additionally, if you do purchase a piece, this does not grant permission to mint the piece into an NFT.
Collectors may not reproduce any artwork without the written permission of the artist. However, you are always welcome to post about any artwork you have purchased.
